Learning English

Since 1992, CCLCS has taught English as a Second Language to immigrants and refugees through the LINC (Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada) program. The LINC program at CCLCS is funded by Citizenship and Immigration Canada.

Over the years, we have provided quality instruction to more than 8,950 newcomers, helping them settle and adjust to life in Canada. Classes are full-time and free to Permanent Residents and Convention Refugees at three different locations. Childminding services are also available.
